Bordesley Green Surgery operates the NHS complaint procedure. The practice has an in house complaint procedure and the Practice Manager should always be the first point of contact for complaint, comments and suggestions regarding any aspect of the Surgery and services that we provide. Should you need to use this service please call us and ask for the Practice Manager who will explain the procedure fully. We will ensure that your concerns are addressed as rapidly as possible by our Practice Manager and the Partner with responsibility for complaint procedure. If you do not wish to make an formal complaint, please feel free to address your comments informally to any one of the Dr’s or Practice Manager.
